IFS于2023年4月發(fā)布新版食品標準，即IFS食品標準第8版。第8版的IFS食品標準，設置了3個(gè)月的實(shí)施過(guò)渡期，即企業(yè)可從2023年10月1日自愿施用新版標準及進(jìn)行認證；并從2024年1月1日起，須強制符合新版標準。本文談一下IFS 食品標準第八版的變化和改進(jìn)。
